2026 SIM Mobile Lab Tour

Pediatric Emergencies

March 13 & 14: Zagreb

May 8: Matulji

In partnership with Simulation Centre Ljubljana, our mobile lab traveled throughout Croatia, providing hands-on, simulation-based medical education to the communities where final-year medical students and recent medical graduates live and train.

Small-group instruction was used alongside high-fidelity simulation to focus on clinical reasoning, emergency response skills, teamwork, communication, and patient safety. This experience helped learners bridge the gap between theory and practice in a safe and supportive environment.

We are grateful to our partners, educators, and participants who made this program a success.

Together, we are building the future of medical education - one simulation at a time.

Critical Thinking in Action: Case Vignette Workshop

September 5-10, 2025

Terme Tuhelj, Croatia

The Critical Thinking in Action Workshop was a one-of-a-kind, hands-on educational experience tailored for final-year medical students and recent graduates. Jointly organized by CROMed-USA and DNOOM, this six-day course blended real-life clinical vignettes with simulation-based procedural training.

Participants:

  • Strengthened clinical reasoning and diagnostic thinking

  • Practiced patient-centered decision-making

  • Engaged in multidisciplinary discussions

  • Gained confidence in essential clinical procedures
